For a week now everyone in our town has had no service. We've all tried calling boost, chatting, boost community and Facebook. Boost has no idea why this happened and now after a week their final solution is for me to reset my phone. Boost customer service is full of a bunch of morons. It's the entire town. Not just my phone. So how would 1 person resetting a phone help. This is the worst customer service I've ever seen. Screw you boost. I'm switching carriers.
