Hello. I recently purchased a phone on the boost mobile site for my Mother's birthday. The phone was also purchased because her prior phone would frequently drop phone calls in the middle of her conversations. The new phone was an upgrade from her prior phone. I changed over the phone today and now her calls are dropping every call she makes. Is there any way to help with the service?
