Cannot make phone calls

Since yesterday 8/11 I am unable to make calls from my phone. I can receive calls and messages. The data connection is often down. I live in the Mt. Pocono PA area.

I tried to contact the support chat regarding this issue to no avail.

This is the official response for when you cannot use the service...

They provide no compensation. Change providers ASAP.

Lack of clarity as to change in plans or weeks of outages is entirely unacceptable.
