Cannot log into Boost Mobile

Hi, I have two accounts that have transferred to Boost Mobile. The e-mail said I should be able to log into Boost Mobile with my phone numbers and first 4 of my pins. It's not working. It won't let me use 'Forgot Pin?'
I tweeted this @ Boost Mobile and they sent me here.

My only other suggestions would be 1)to make certain your browser is not blocking the needed cookies or deleting them as part of the tracker prevention that most browsers use these days.  I've had to disable some of the add-on stuff (Ublock origin, Privacy Badger, etc.) for certain sites to work & had Firefox make a handful of sites unusable without modifying it's default settings for trackers & cookies. Boost's account login page had 22 cookies when I looked.  I had to enable third party cookies temporarily to get some websites I had problems with to work & you may need to do that also for Boost. 2)clear your cookies & cache from your browser & reboot to ensure RAM gets cleared out 3) make sure that your accounts have not been disabled temporarily from to many (3) missed login attempts.  I know the cookies advice sounds like a canned response but I've been surprised at how many sites need 3rd party cookies now.  Hope this helps.
