Boost no longer owned by sprint

So I know I'm having tons of network proplems.low signal last couple of months. I knew boost was on sprint towers and owned by sprint. So today I stopped by sprint to see why so many problems with low signal. I was told. Sprint no longer owns boost they are there own company now. And that sprint and t mobile just merged. This took place end of july my problems began first of aug. Boost still uses sprint towers but rents bandwidth so depending is signal. Or so the springnt rep said. Anyone else care to elaborate on this issue

If you want to confirm this ? Go to Bloomberg's web page, last time I checked the merger was denied by the FCC but they my had to make changes. Also one more thing if it went through all current customers by law would have to be notified of any changes .
