It has been 8 days since I have had service at my home. I have chatted, called and even messaged through here and keep getting told that they are aware of the problem and are working on it. I was given reference # I1442917646. Why isn't it fixed yet? At home, zip code 49442, I can't call out, if a call gets through you get disconnected and texts sometimes will go out but not very often. My new month is supposed to start on Saturday and I am ready to go find another company and I have been with Boost for 8+ years. I have lived in this house for 3 years and never had an issue until last week Wednesday. I want to know when it is going to be fixed as this is getting ridiculous. I feel like you say you are working on it just so you can keep getting my money. I need answers TODAY!!!
