After a short back and forth they are still telling me it is my device despite all my threads stating how that would be impossible considering other people in my household are also impacted.

This issue returns to me every few months and renders my service useless with no compensation or resolution. I advise anyone to find a different provider ASAP.

If you are wondering, Boost is already deprioritize service (aka Sprint customers will always come 1st) and when you hit the 23 gb "threshold" no matter the plan, you are deprioritize even more. It sounds like you and your family are being hit with the depri congestion since it happens around the same time and there is nothing that can be done realistically other then leave for a better carrier. (I think Virgin Mobile suffers from the same depri issue so just stay away from Sprint prepaid)
