motorola g6 play problems

Has anyone else had several issues with their g6 play phones? freezing, stuttering screen, randomly restating? contacted Motorola and their customer service is a joke, They say the imei is invalid and they can not find the phone in their system and cannot provide warranty support?

 

Boost Mobile is this how you let phone manufacturers treat your customers by providing them with faulty phones and TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE?

Yes, have to really be patient and keep on motorola customer service as well as boost, to try and resolve the issue....i finally got a replacement from motorola, but was told i have to buy a new sim card to activate it on my boost account now....
