Motorola G6 play internet

Hello, so I bought the Motorola g6 play on the boost website to replace my old phone which is broken. I have activated the phone through the website but my internet isn't working. I receive calls and some messages (not pictures nor messages through group chat which is another problem I'm having) and the network keeps saying sprint

Hi there Cynthia3500. Thank you for contacting us. When you activated your new, did you insert the old sim card from the older phone, or are you using the new sim card?

I'm using the Sim card that came with the new phone

Good luck dealing with Boost. My moto e5 plus wouldn't stay connected to internet. It was purchased November 18,2018. I called boost and was told I had to deal with Motorola. I did and was sent a new phone January 18,2019. The new phone won't stay connected to internet either. Without going through numerous phone calls with Boost the short version is that I have asked boost for a refund and they are refusing. Boost is nothing more than a rip off company who cares nothing about their customers
