Re: Motorola E4

You have a few ways to get your pictures out of your old phone to the new one. The most simple one will be to place a memory card on your old LG, move all your pictures to it and then placing that same memory card on your new phone. Conversely, you can connect your phone to a computer and transfer the pictures to it and the to your new phone. Another way is to connect your LG to WiFi, got to the Picassa app on your device, if do not have it you can download it from Play store and sync your pictures to it. This will upload your pictures to the app and can view anywhere including your new phone. In regards to your contacts, if you had a Gmail account on your old phone and must likely you do, then your contacts can be syn as well with your Google account. If the account is no sync, you can do so by connecting to a WiFi. Then go to Settings, Accounts and Sync, look for Google, and there you should see your Gmail account. Tap on it and there is an option that says Syn Now. Once you do that your contacts are saved. Once you enter the same email on your new device they will populated there. You can follow these links to move save pictures and to sync your contacts:  https://support.google.com/picasa/answer/39513?hl=en  https://support.google.com/contacts/answer/2753077?co=GENIE.Platform%3DiOS&hl=en

Re: Motorola E4

Hey there! I'd be happy to help you. What is the LG model? Is it an Android or Feature phone?

Re: Motorola E4

Hi JamieB

Thank you for responding. I have a LG Volt and I am replacing it with a Motorola Moto E4, and both are Android.

I now understand why they say it is so hard to teach an old dog new tricks, but I am trying real hard to learn!!!!!
