Not in spam folder either. Am I able to just replace it with you guys since motorola has deemed it a hardware problem?? If not im sure we can arrange a reciept to be processed for my order. It was last week.

did you ever get this resolved? I've contacted Motorola about the issue and the said that i would need my receipt from when i bought the phone because the IMEI is not in their system, I bought my phone through Walmart 2 months ago and don't have the original receipt and they cant get it either, Now moto is giving me the run around about it
Yeah, they are very addimit about proof of purchase at motorola (understandable). I finally got this resolved today, was able to get my concers processed to a corporate level at BOOST.
