Invalid sim

I have a Moto e5 plus and ever since I bought it in March (from boostmobile.com) it says invalid SIM. It will just randomly pop up sometimes it's five times a day sometimes it's 25 times a day and it's very annoying!!!! And every time it pops up and says invalid SIM I lose my Wi-Fi and data connection for at least 5-15 seconds it's ridiculous! PLEASE HELP!

Hello, @rstairs. Thanks for reaching out. We apologize for this experience. Definitely want to look into this for you. Please turn the phone off, remove the SIM card and, with a piece of soft fabric, wipe the metal part lightly, re-insert and power back on. Please keep us updated with the results.
