My daughter keeps getting the following problem on her Moto E5 play (XT1921-5) Sim has been locked & to power cycle my device. I select OK and then it says invalid Sim. No matter how many times I try. I have removed the Sim card and wiped it off, even used a little 91% Isopropyl alcohol. Yes I waited for it to dry.
She has talked to customer service and stopped at the Boost Store where it was purchased, no one has been able to help her. This started around the 1st of October, phone and service were great until then.
