Last week (Feb 13), I called Boost Mobile customer service to try to unlock my old Moto E4 Plus phone since I've now switched to the Samsung S9 phone. The Moto phone is fully paid for and I had used it for over a year. I had a hard time understanding the woman over the phone and I think she mentioned something about getting something in my email and then to call them back. I haven't gotten anything regarding this email and I don't remember how long she said I was supposed to wait.
Is there a faster way of unlocking my old phone or do I need to wait for this email before I can do anything?
