Don't ever try to return a phone you purchased on boost website
It's THE single worst customer experience I've been through. Requested an RMA, Sent the phone back after having buyer's remorse big mistake. They received it 3 weeks ago. No information at all about the acceptance of the return. All I have is my signature confirmation tracking number from FedEx. Every other company I do returns through gives an acceptance update. They opened up a case on it yesterday, let's see if anything comes of it. If not I'll be talking with my bank about my options. It was a credit card transaction.
