Yesterday I paid my phone bill. I paid the $50 plan right? Then today at 11:00am I get a message saying "BSTFreeMsg We just gave you a free month of service. Use your phone thru 09/20/2018.." That is so not true. I paid for this month of service. I even logged into Boost to check my account balance and it is $0.00. Why would they say they gave me a free month of service. Which clearly applies to this month that I just paid.
