Declining Service Quality

I have had Boost Mobile for about 5 years now. I’ve always recommended it to friends and love everything about it. Recently, though, it seems like I haven’t gotten very fast service in areas where I used to have quite speedy service. I thought that maybe it’s because I run out of 4g but it happens even when I still have 4g left in my usage. I was wondering if there’s anything that can be done to improve this? I have an iPhone XR from Boost if that matters.
