I ordered a phone and within an hour, canceled it. I called a representative which told me that I will receive a cancellation email. However, I did not receive this email and I'm worried that im not getting this cancellation given that the return policy is so strict. The other thing, I ordered this phone without an account because it wasn't a requirement to make one BUT every time I try to get customer service it requires me to sign in into an account. I have a case number which is, 255274685, and I want to make sure this cancellation went through. Can someone clear this up for me?
