Can't Activate Devices

Yesterday I was trying to activate two boost mobile sim cards, and had entered in the majority of the information needed to create a new account. In the end, my phone number, which I had selected to port, had been changed, so I went to restart. Now I can no longer choose to transfer that phone number, and if I choose to get a new number it says my imei is not compatible, although this was not occurring yesterday. This is on a Galaxy S8.
