Just paid it today and have no service still! No text,calls,internet nothing! I've had the phone and service for 3 months give or take no issues til today. I tried a few customer care reps by trying to PM them however when I click their name and/or picture there is no method of which to message them from their profile page. I'm not sure if I'm missing something or the message box is just gone? It says contact me and there is nothing there.
