I cannot get my phone to connect to the internet and my hotspot does not work either. I have unlimited data on my plan. I tried the steps given to me via chat with Boost and it did not work. Please help me. My account is up to date on payment.

Model - LGLS770. I checked for updates and it says all is up to date. I tried resetting network by dialing some # given to me by chat support. The streets are 28th Ave & Mormon St. 68112. The person I chatted with said there was no issues with towers, no outages or anything.
