Hi trying to prove harassment neglect miss representation and abuse.
Call centers in philippines score is below Zero. For any type of Professional they are horrible!
I have traveled 4 states in the USA videoing my phone's signal strength and never seen a 4 G connection... Boost mobile inc., lies.
I have sent in proof of why they are so many problems with the lgls676 phone.
Network diagnostic proof that the device is stuck in the DOD's servers
DOD stands for the Department of Defense Of the U.S.A. specifically the DNS's Disa.columbus.mil in Columbus Ohio U.S.A.
All these companies or agency have pointed the finger at each other saying its the others fault.
The continued neglect, misrepresentation and harassment has gone on now for over 2 years.
Do i have grounds to sue? In civil or in criminal court. I think in both.

Asked for supervisors name ...refused to state it ...said could not transfer call ... Said had no ID number to reffer conversation and employee being spoken to Micka was her name... She and her supervisor An employee that does not know where the company"s headquarters is located or have ANY CONTACT INFORMATION.. AGAIN ANOTHER CALL CENTER IN THE Phillips THAT IS Neglect AND Basically Useless CS Representations FOR COMPANIES sending their calls to.
