It's a new phone I got from Amazon. I tried to buy via boost but my billing and shipping address is different so I couldn't do that.

If it is an unlocked phone, the SIM card from your previous device would not be compatible with it. To get a compatible SIM card, you can complete the Bring your own device program here.

Device is finally active, but new phone says a have a different number?? And Old phone still working on my phone number. Chatter said keep old device off for 24 hours. Will this issue self correct?
