I'm am existing customer and am having issues swapping my device. It is LG Stylo5 and after entering the IMIE# it tells me the phone is not eligible to swap.

Hey there, @rlee5252. We definitely want to get this figured out for you. Please, send us a private message with your phone number, PIN, the IMEI and SIM card numbers from the new phone.
