I was recently given my friend's LG G3. She used to have boost mobile with that phone, but her family switched to a different carrier and she just got a new phone and plan entirely. I have tried to swap my service to her currently unused phone, but I have gotten the "ineligible for swap" message every time so far. I don't see the issue, as boost was the G3's carrier. What can I do to make this work?
