I am still waiting. In the months that i have been with boost mobile i have yet to experience anything more than sporadic service. This is unacceptable. Please unlock my phone so i may switch to a better carrier.

We definitely understand your concerns, and we can certainly help unlocking the phone if it meets the requirements for an unlock. For instance: 

  • The device is SIM unlock capable
  • The device has not been reported as lost or stolen or otherwise flagged as ineligible to be unlocked
  • The device has been active on the associated account for at least 12 months
  • The associated account is active and in good standing
