Phone doesn't work

To whom it may concern,


I received a phone as a Christmas gift. Since receiving it...it has never worked.

I have called your customer service office in whatever country it is located. I am sorry to say they are useless, I have been left on hold for ages, they don't understand the problem and they keep telling me the phone should work, well, it doesn't. Every SIM card I have plus the one they sent me...has not activated the phone.

I have put the SIM card in every way possible to no avail. the people handling Customer Service are inept. I have been waiting weeks for them to send me a return envelope, so I can mail the phone back and have it repaired or replaced...I called again and the woman who could not speak any English told me to mail it to Indiana.

I have wasted weeks waiting for a label no one ever bothered to send out. I call and get no where...I am now sending the phone to you, the last of many addresses I was given by Customer Service. I'm not even going to wait for a label...I'm going to take on the cost of mailing it myself.

I would like this repaired, replaced or a refund...I would also like a refund on my BOOST account since I have not had a cell phone since Christmas.

 

Not to mention I had to use my husbands email because this web site refuses to recognize my email address.

You can send a "PM" or private message a couple of different ways. If you click on the name of the person, you'll be taken to their profile. On the right side of the screen, you should see "send this user a Private Message". Click it and you'll be taken to the PM window with their name already in the To: field. Type up what you want to say, hit send message and you're good. You can also go to your own profile by clicking on your name from the forums and then clicking the PM icon. From the PM window select "New Message" and type the user name of the Community member in the "To" field and off you go.
