Understood. Thanks for the information. Please follow these steps to update the phone:
1.From the home screen, swipe down the Status bar.
2.Tap the Settings icon.
3.In the General tab, scroll to and tap System updates.
4.Tap Update PRL.
5.Once the PRL update is complete, tap OK.
6.Tap Update Profile.
7.Once the Profile update is complete, tap OK.
Once completed, please test the service and let us know the outcome.

1.From the Home screen, select the Phone icon.
3.Retrieve Settings window will appear
4.Allow the hands-free activation to begin automatically.
•Note: If the customer accidentally taps Cancel or Hands-Free Activation does not automatically start, just turn the device off and on.
Once completed, please, test the service one more time and let us know what happens.
