I've had my LG for about 3 weeks. I was receiving short code texts from my bank for about the first 3 or four days, then it suddenly stopped. I get other texts fine. I've checked to be sure I have alerts active. I have removed the battery and replaced, done a soft boot. I've updated everything that can possibly be updated. Why am I unable to get these texts anymore? Note that I can send a 'BAL' text to my bank and do get a response. Also, if Boost Mobile customer support responds to this post PLEASE do not ask me to repeat the information I have just posted.
