Hello. Thank you for stopping by. The phone must meet the requirements of our unlock policy in order for us to be able to unlock it. One of the requirements is that the phone must have been active on a Boost Mobile account for at least 12 months.

2. The device has been active on an account for at least 12 months.

4. A payment was made in the last 90 days.
5. The device must be inside the Boost Mobile coverage (United States), and it should be on.
