I had a replacement LG Stylo 4 sent to me about 2 weeks ago from Brightstar and it stopped charging and will not power on at all now. I opened a claim with Brightstar and was sent another LG Stylo 4 replacement device but it says the device is not eligible to swap when I try to activate it. Please help.
