Over the past couple weeks outgoing calls have taken longer to connect. Phone shows attempting way too long. The past couple days outgoing calls show attempting then the call ends. I have to constantly update the prl and profile. I have done the soft reboot as well. The issue is corrected and then starts again. No problem with texting, no problem receiving calls.
The last time this happened to me was in 2005. Sprint decided to update towers etc and require customers to buy new phones. I should not be required to buy another phone. This is unacceptable

It is not just my address, it is everywhere in the Fort Lauderedale area. I have called technical support several times. I have held hours, had tech support perform tests, disconnect me, perform tests again, connect me to LG support. There is nothing wrong with my phone. I must continuously reset my phone. Unacceptable
