I have an unlocked Stylo 4 and when trying to activate I receive an error message saying its not compatible. Please help!

Hi! The exact message reads as follows: "This device is not eligible to swap."
Yes to your question, it was not unlocked manually, this phone is the factory unlocked version.

It is better than Stylo 3 I think. Bigger screen and faster with more memory. I got mine at walMart in the mail. Activated it right on the phone and I was ready to go in about 10 minutes.
