LG G6

At first I’ve tried purchasing the Lg Stylo4+ and order kept canceling. Finally it became out of stock and now I’ve settled for the LG G6. I’ve ordered 3 times and all have been cancelled. I’ve been refunded for 2 of the times. My bank still shows -34.20 for the third time ordering but my status shows “cancelled”. Did my phone get ordered or not? Will I be refunded? What is my tracking status? Really considering switching to different carrier if it is so hard to purchase a phone online! Also, my bank billing and shipping addresses are the same so it’s not a problem from my end! Please fix this problem so I can use my BoostUp reward to purchase a new phone!
