Issues Switching Back to LG Stylo 4

A few weeks ago my LG Stylo 4 started having screen issues.  These gray lines showed up and made it difficult for me to navigate my phone. It somehow fixed itself, but I assumed the fix was temporary and wanted to get a new phone before it happened again.

I bought the LG Stylo 6, tried it out, and didn't like it at all.

When I tried to switch back to my Stylo 4 I was told I couldn't because the IMEI wasn't on the T-Mobile Extended Network.

I originally had a Boost Mobile account by way of Virgin Mobile. When I swapped to the Stylo 6 I was asked to "upgrade" to a Boost plan. (I say "upgrade" because I just chose the same plan I already had.) Is there a SIM card available or something I can do to my phone that will allow me to use it on the T-Mobile Extended Network?

Hi, nulyfe! The device will need to be compatible with the extended network. We're always looking to provide the best experience for our customers. Might you be up for sending me a private message? I'd love to know more about your experience and how we can make it better.
