Hi there, @Ppiedra1987! Thank you for contacting us. To unlock a device, it must comply with certain requirements. The device must be active on a Boost Mobile account for at least 12 months, and a payment must have been made within the last 90 days of that 12-month activation anniversary.
If the phone meets the requirements, please send us a Private Message with your phone number, PIN and ESN of the phone that you want to unlock.
