My husband broke his phone. We had a extra boost phone so I've been tryingbfor 2weeks tobget help only to see sorry busy and try bak on the website and calling is a joke ..he never set up his voice mail and cant remember the pin.. This is not ok.. 85 bucks a month and haven't been able to use rhe phone.. I want a re fund or credit for this 2 weeks asince its nearly impossible to get any customer service
