I have had this issue since phone was activated on 8/12. Been on the phone so far 15 hours with tech support. It only happens when I am at home yet my son and husband done have this issue. It only happens on the weekends as well. So far no fixes. Have even gotten a new phone and it still does it. To me it has to be something with the activation f my phone since no one else is having this issue. I am very upset because I am paying for service and can’t use the phone three days out of each week. If anyone knows how to fix this please help me.
