My Wife and I have Boost Mobile and since Sunday August 2nd, 2020 we have been unable to make or receive calls/Also when attempting to text are receiving the following error. "unable to send message through boost..Error 34". I have called into customer service since sunday. I have entered every code/removed sim cards. I have spoken to device specialists? I use my phone for emergency purposes for my mother to keep in touch with her dr's and also business. My wife using her phone for business. The issue is that the phone is not able to be used in our area. This is not acceptable and I am now very tired of the run-around that I am getting. I keep being told that there are no tower issues, but something is going on if both my wife and I are experiencing the same issue. I also went to the local Boost store where I purchased my phone and I was advised that they person there had 12 customer's outside the store when she arrived that are experiencing the same issues and Boost was supposed to have this issue resolved over 3 days ago. My entire household has been without service for going on 5 days now.
