I recently switched from Straight talk wireless to boost mobile for the more appealing plans. I activated my sim and put it in the phone and now I'm getting a message "invalid sim" at the top and no service at all. I feel like I wasted my money and this is really frustrating. Please help!!
@Joy1713 thanks for the quick response. I purchased the sim in store at Walmart and I bought the iPhone through a private sale. I was having trouble activating the sim in my phone so I activated it in another device and then put it into the iPhone 7+. That's when I get the invalid sim message. I have found out the iPhone 7+ is a sprint iPhone but I was told boost mobile is the same. Hopefully that helps. Thanks!
