Hi! I've been trying to activate my iPhone 7 I received from the insurance company and I have been trying to "Swap My Device" from my broken one to my new phone. However, the Virgin Mobile website states my MEID number is wrong even though it is right. I have tried the serial number as well as the MEI number and still proceeds to state I am wrong. My old phone is removed from my iCloud/Find My Phone and it still will not let me swap.
