I ordered a silver iPhone 6 plus and it wouldn't hold a charge. So I exchanged it and got another one with the 90 day warranty program, but now I'm having problems with this one. The call volume is very low and has a static sound in it. Also the replacement phone is super scratched up. Almost most of the back has scratches and tons of wear on it. The first one I received was in excellent condition besides a small scratch on the charger port and the battery draining quickly.
I'm thinking that I should have just paid to get a new battery from Apple, because now I am extremely unsatisfied with the phone and it took about 2 weeks to get the replacement in the mail, so if i can send it back then I will be another 2 weeks without a phone. Is anyone else having an issue like this?
