No signal, but data, since activation last week

I bought a Boost SIM card last week and completed the activation. I now have LTE data on my phone but no cell signal. Any idea what the issue is?

Please do the following:

 

 

1.Tap Phone icon.
2. Tap Key Pad if necessary.
3. Enter ##873283# then tap Call icon.
4. When Starting Service Update appears, tap OK.
5. When Service Update Complete appears, tap OK.
When Sprint displays in the top left corner, the iPhone update has completed.

it went back to the same thing . the bars are there there just grey & i can’t make phone calls or text people without an iphone
