I am having the same problem activating phone, I have tried to private message you but when I hover over the contact me there is nothing to click to send a private message to you. This is so frustrating it took my wife 2 hours yesterday to get her new phone set up.
Brianculbertson, you need to actually tap on an agent's name in order to access the agent's options, which include sending a private message. Please try that and provide us the device IMEI number, in order to see what's happening. We may need some more information from you depending on the device status. We're here to help!
