how to return

I literally just received my Pre-Owned Samsung galaxy yesterday. I charged it completely last night before I went to bed, then didnt use the device  at all. When I woke up this morning, it was at 40%, and now its dead. I didnt use it at all. I wanna return it and get a refund but I am not sure how.
