Unable to transfer service to new phone (Galaxy s9+)

Can I ask how everyone is getting their service to transfer over to the s9+? I've called customer service three times and apparently no one knows how. Each time I went to my boost store, I was told to call customer service. The first time I called, they said they could transfer service over and would send me a SIM card. I called again to follow up when I hadn't received and was told the order was cancelled because they don't make sim cards for the 9+?? But no one ever contacted me to say the order was cancelled so I've been waiting for a SIM that was never arriving. The customer service is abysmal. Who does that? Then a boost agent transfered me to Samsung to ask about getting a sim card and they DON'T EVEN SELL THEM. I cannot return this phone now and if I can't use it with boost, I'll have to take my business elsewhere. So does ANYBODY have an actual answer on how I can transfer my service? At this point, I'm so annoyed, I'll just go to T-mobile and let them activate since it's unlocked. This is ridiculous.
