Trouble activating hotspot and paying for plan

I just got a boost mobile hotspot and was following the directions to activate it. I was on my phone's browser following the prompt to set up a plan ($50 10gb plan) when the session timed out. Now, whenever I go back to try and sign in online to manage my account, it asks for my assigned phone number and account pin. I remember my account pin, but not the phone number because the session had timed out before I could write it down. And it seems impossible to get into my account without both of those. Can someone please help me access my account so I can start using my hotspot?
