My ZTE has been damaged on the inside somehow. My son has an Lg which are my favorite phones. I took him off my family plan months ago but I need a temporary device that works but the problem I'm encountering is that we can't remember the lock pattern, his email we used or the pin when I set it up. He doesn't want any of his stuff to be wiped off if we do a hard reset. What can I do about the swap if it's locked?
