I have ordered a unlocked s9 from Samsung, and I would like to know how to get the sim card I need. I have spoken to customer care several times for a Sim card and each time they keep sending me one that is incompatible. The sim card models that I keep receiving are SIMGLW416Q (which is not even compatible with my previous phone, an S5) and I have specified to customer care that I needed the sim cards : Simolw406tq or Simolw506tq.
I am really frustrated at this point, due to the lack of service and the unwillingness by customer care to make it right. I'm really considering switching carriers at this point. Is there another way to obtain a sim card without having to go through customer care to obtain one?
