How to reach customer care service if I have't activated my BoostMobile number ?
I ordered an Iphone 7 online but didn't like that smartphone(even haven't activated it) . I sent it back to get a refund according boostmobile return policy. The tracking number shows that it was delivered 3 days ago. As of now, I still haven't received any confirmation from boostmobile about my refund status.
Now I'm trying to reach boostmobile customer service , but there is required to enter a 10 digit boostmobile number. Is there any ways to reach someone, to talk about my problem?
